Frequently Asked Questions

When should I apply for admission?

We recommend applying at least 3-6 months before your desired start date. The main application period for the following academic year opens in November and closes in March, though we accept applications year-round based on availability.

Does my child need to speak English to be admitted?

While some English proficiency is beneficial, we do not require full English fluency for admission, especially in lower grades. We provide English language support for students who need it. However, students entering grades 9-12 should have intermediate to advanced English skills to access the curriculum effectively.

What is the average class size?

Our average class size is 18 students, with a maximum of 22 students per class. This allows for personalized attention while maintaining a diverse learning environment.

Do you offer transportation services?

Yes, we provide bus transportation for an additional fee. Our routes cover most residential areas in Bishkek. Detailed information about routes and fees is available from the admissions office.

How do you support students with learning differences?

We have a dedicated Learning Support Department that provides services for students with mild to moderate learning differences. During the admissions process, we assess whether we can adequately support each student's needs. Please share any assessments or information about learning support needs during the application process.

Can students join mid-year?

Yes, we accept mid-year admissions based on space availability. We understand that expatriate families often relocate throughout the year and try to accommodate these transitions whenever possible.
